Returns & Store Credit Policy
We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached to be eligible for return.
Items that are made-to-order, customised, or personalised are not eligible for return or exchange, unless in the case of a manufacturing fault, which will be assessed upon inspection.
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.
How to request a return
To request a return for exchange or store credit, please email orders@blssdfashion.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive your return form and instructions.
Please package your return shipment in the same way you received it.
Return transit times vary depending on country of origin.

Important notes
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through blssdfashion.com. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an exchange is not possible, store credit will be issued.
When will I receive my store credit?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of its approval or rejection.
If approved, BLSSD Store Credit will be added to your account within 10 working days. Store credit is issued as a digital gift card and can be used toward any future BLSSD purchase, online or in-store.
